Tri-Cities Superheroes is a community campaign powered by Columbia Ability Alliance, a non-profit that has spent decades helping people with disabilities build skills, find jobs, and connect with their community. This campaign exists to celebrate those people and share their stories with the whole Tri-Cities.
But the stories are only part of it.
Behind every superhero spotlight is a job coach who spent months helping someone prepare for their first interview. A program staff member who noticed a spark and encouraged it. A community that decided everyone deserves to belong.
